Discounts

General:

  • I work six days a week: Monday through Saturday. I will not include Sundays when calculating turnaround time, so please consider that when discussing deadlines and expectations.

  • Turnaround time countdown starts when the email containing the transcript is received. (I’ll use the time stamp on the email for this.)

  • Cutoff for receiving a job is 8 p.m. Eastern. A transcript sent past 8 p.m. will be checked in at 8 a.m. the next working day.

  • Standard turnaround time and rates apply to transcripts 150 pages or fewer. If your transcript is more than 150 pages, I’ll ask you to send it in “chunks”—about 50 pages at a time—so that we can each work on different sections at the same time.

Policies

Billing:

  • Minimum charge per transcript is $10.00, which equals 20 pages at the standard rate.

  • I accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.

  • Invoices will be sent out on the 1st and 15th of each month.

  • New clients will be billed immediately after the first transcript has been returned and reviewed.

  • Payment is due within 15 days, at which point I will send a reminder email for unpaid invoices.

  • A 10% late fee will apply after 30 days.
